These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Morfly website and services at morfly.app (the “Service”), operated by Morfly (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
Morfly provides AI-powered image transformation services. You upload images and provide text prompts, and the Service uses third-party AI models to generate transformed versions of your images. Results are stored in your personal vault.
Purchasing Credits: Credits are required to use transformation features and are purchased through Stripe. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Unused credits do not expire.
Credit Deduction: Credits are deducted when a transformation is initiated. If a transformation fails due to a system error, credits will be automatically refunded to your account.
Free Credits: We may offer complimentary credits to new accounts. These are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without notice.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to images you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
AI-Generated Output: Transformed images generated by the Service are owned by you, subject to any applicable third-party AI provider terms. We make no representations regarding intellectual property rights in AI-generated content.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice or refund.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Morfly and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
The Service relies on third-party providers including AI model providers, cloud hosting, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of these third-party services. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms of these providers where applicable.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED RESULTS.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI-generated outputs will meet your expectations or requirements. AI transformations may produce unexpected, inaccurate, or unsuitable results.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORFLY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Morfly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you upload or generate using the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data within 30 days of termination. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Morfly regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
